Supporting dog owners experiencing homelessness

We've been supporting dog owners experiencing homelessness for almost 30 years. If you're providing homelessness support, we'd love to work with you to help keep people and their pets together through this challenging time.

Our endorsement scheme

Nobody should be forced to choose between their dog and a safe place to sleep.

We provide free, in-depth advice and support to homelessness services, helping you become a Dogs Trust endorsed service.

By joining our scheme, you'll be helping us keep people and their pets together. The friendship and unconditional love a dog provides can prove invaluable through difficult times.

Vet care for your clients

We work with vet practices across the UK to provide free care for dogs with owners experiencing homelessness.

If you're a dog-friendly homelessness service, we'll ensure there's a vet practice nearby where your clients can access free vet care.
